Chautauqua Declaration of International Prosecutors
At a conference celebrating the 100th anniversary of The Hague Rules of 1907, nine international criminal prosecutors issued a declaration recalling the principles of Nuremberg and emphasizing the importance of the rule of law in combating impunity. 

Rule of Law Handbook for Judge Advocates
This publication is primarily designed to assist Judge Advocates as they practice law during military operations.

Worldwide Governance Indicators
This 2007 update to the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) project of the World Bank reports aggregate and individual governance indicators for 212 countries and territories over the period 1996–2006, for six dimensions of governance: Voice and Accountability; Political Stability and Absence of Violence; Government Effectiveness; Regulatory Quality; Control of Corruption; and Rule of Law. 

Corruption and Judicial Systems
Transparency International’s latest global survey of attitudes towards corruption reveals that in more than 25 countries, at least one in 10 households had to pay a bribe to get access to justice.

WCRO Jurisprudence Collections
This online resource provides a regularly updated, searchable database of jurisprudence and key documents relating to international and internationalized criminal courts and tribunals, including the International Criminal Court, the international criminal tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and others. 

RWI Human Rights Theme Maps
This interactive resource visualizes states’ formal commitment to core international human rights conventions as a first step in developing a more comprehensive version with more conventions both global and regional, optional protocols, reservations, information about ratification processes, membership in various organizations, and other indicators of commitment to international human rights law. 

Centre for Judicial Studies
The Centre for Judicial Studies provides consulting services to improve organizational performance and professional effectiveness for organizations operating in the law and justice sector such as courts, government and regulatory agencies, legal firms, law schools, and international development agencies.

Brandeis Institute for International Judges
The BIIJ provides international judges with the opportunity to meet and discuss critical issues concerning the theory and practice of international justice. Institutes are held approximately every 18 months, bringing together judges serving on international courts and tribunals around the world to reflect on both the philosophical aspects and practical challenges of their work.

Councils of the Judiciary
A collection of questionnaire responses from Council of Europe member states and affiliates on the composition, resources, activities, and other institutional aspects of Councils of the Judiciary aimed at promoting judicial independence. 

International Criminal Law Database & Commentary
This resource compiles case law from the International Criminal Court (ICC) and commentary to the Rome Statute in an effort to provide scholars, as well as practitioners, a starting point for legal research in the field of international criminal law.
