  • July–Junior Judge Program for Chinese law students from Shanghai University Law School
  • July– Maryland Court Internship for Chinese law students from East China University of Political Science and Law
  • August–October– Four Seminars for Chinese judges
  • September – A seminar for ten judges from Qatar
  • October – A seminar for 30 judges from Brazil
